The rubber deteriorates and shot digs into the grommet and gets caught between the bar and the loader head.Set it re-size to .806 to .807, and you will be just right. That's not much of a change, but it will relieve a lot of stress on the collet. As far as the sizing ring on the 600 jr., just take what it gives and if they fit OK, then no problem.
