It seems like it isnt deploying the mods to the boneworks mods folder? when i used it workedd jusst barely, just mod it manually its super ez. I actually have a solution to this. It’s melonloader, if you can degrade it instead of 5.1, then it will still load the mods just fine, and you don’t have to do it manually. It’s not the DLC most mods are working by now, though not all. This is really late but if you clear Thunderstore's cache and remove caching of downloading mods it should fix it if mods are getting stuck at 100%. I also am running Thunderstore in admin mode.
