Yes you can, you gotta navigate Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles and copy the saves from your old profile to the new one generated by steam. If you link steam to the same sc profile it will most likely be done automatically too. Unless you had cloud sync disabled on SC. And you can continue playing same online character ...
