I had to corner a Carvana employee and make them call be back with proper paperwork from Silver Rock because I was getting the run around. She called me back 6 hours later and cleared everything up. He said as long as Carvana/SilverRock cover the repairs for the bumper, definitely keep the car, so I did, had a positive experience, and definitely do not regret it!
