Thats a meg another crew fleed from. the closest method to being able to "spawn" a meg is the shores of gold method. Thats one of the 2 ways a meg fleet works. Not sure of the truth behind this but as a way of showing how rare it is apparently only 11 have been found and killed in the year plus since its release. It's why it's the thing of legend and why it's so prized. If Rare keeps nerfing all the valuable and illusive things in the game there'll be little left that's actually special.
