Optimized idle not working

Faulty seals: Seals within the power steering pump can deteriorate over time, causing fluid to escape and impairing the pump’s ability to function effectively.I've searched multiple locations to gather the list of criteria necessary for ISG to engage. This is what I've found. If one of the following is NOT met, ISG will not engage: ISG switch is off (illuminated) Engine Coolant Temperature is greater 30°C (86°F) Brake Vacuum less than -35 kPa.Start the engine. If you did it right the DIC will show ELEVATED IDLE On. The idle speed will return to normal if any of the following conditions occur: When the transmission is shifted out of Park or Neutral. When the air temperature is more than 32°F. When the engine coolant temperature is more than 150°F.
