Just picked up 4 bottles of the Islay and one of 12 year old blend at Costco at Willowbrook mall in Wayne New Jersey. I love Lagavullin 16 and this Islay malt is pretty close for my tastes. It is also $36 vs $ 80 plus for the Lagavullin. The 12 year blend is pretty darn good for $35 for 1.75 liters !!! It’s bad not good. Really enjoyed the 20y sherry. I had a quick taste of the 18. Seemed ok but I had also just sampled a 130 proof bookers immediately before so this honestly just tasted like water.
