Feb 8, 2018 · All the users in the organization are not receiving email from gmail. We receive from and out the office email from other emails, but not from gmail. We test using a gmail account to send to the office 365 and no trace was found in the message trace in the office 365 admin console. and email didnt send or received any ndrs (non-delivery report).
