Nason ful thane.
I used to spray alot of Nason full thane 2.8 when the fleet was mostly white. Once it went low voc it got harder to spray and picky on which reducer. Never had fish eye problems. If there was solvent pop in the previous paint job, it can look like fish eyes when the paint cannot fill the hole.

I would watch the condition of the paint and if you see it stating to go bad, can always scuff it with 400 wet or dry and clear coat it. Likely won't need it. 22george.
