By using both power switch or manual mode, the door closes but 2 second later, it pops out of its rear latch, causing the door indicator to light up. When put in drive or reverse, you hear a beeping sound. 2. Turn off the Main switch for the doors. Make sure the ignition switch is in LOCK (0). 3. Fully close the power sliding door manually (the control unit must see the full latch switch closed and the. ratchet switch open at the same time). 4. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II). Not quite clear what you mean by letting loose of the door, but it is very easy to convert the power door to a manual one, I did it recently on my '07.
