The problem is there are only 4 needles included and the 2 mg pen has 8 mg total (so 8 doses if you’re only doing 1 mg injections) which means you would have to re-use a needle (wipe with alcohol wipe) or get additional needles from doctor!They are not like aspirin. If you can't get Ozempic you can't just use Trulicity instead and then switch back to Ozempic when it becomes available. At the very least, you might consider getting a 2 mg pen but only using 1 mg/week. That way you could get 8 weeks out of one pen and have extra time to get a new 2 mg pen. Just a thought.
