I love my Benelli SBE3 which is why I'm looking at the M2. But man the Price on the Franchi Elite is very reasonable. The franchi is the 3 inch less fancy version of the benelli. Benelli sbe2 will shoot 3.5 inch ao if you want to shoot those go with the benelli. I'm personally a super black eagle fan boy so if you have the money I'd recommend that. But in all honesty they're both great guns that run on the same inertia operating system. Definitely needs to have a reversible safety (I'm left handed). Both of my deer guns are lefties but it isn't necessary in a shotgun for me.
