It sounds like something is rubbing. The more you turn the wheel the more sounds you here. Rob, welcome to Drive Accord! A few thoughts.... 1) When you open up the lines (replaced the pump) as you did, it could take a while to get all the air out. You may have to turn the wheel lock-to-lock 10 times over the course of a couple of days to get those air bubbles out.
