I definitely don't think his corpse itself is moving via voodoo magic or something. That simply isn't established as a thing that actually happens within the game. I do, however, think his spirit is moving the Spring Bonnie animatronic, within the suit's programming limitations, since that idea actually does have precedent in FNaF.Springtrap's entire body is torn and tattered, with gaping holes exposing wires, endoskeleton and parts of William's corpse caging throughout, thus making him appear much more macabre-looking than any of the other animatronics from any previous installments in the series.
