What I did to fix it for me, was complete the initial blue text dialogue with Johny outside the elevator after I exited Clouds for Automatic Love. I went into the elevator, took it down and the relic started malfunctioning making the screen glitch out. The relic malfunction is supposed to go away eventually, but in my game it hasn’t gone yet. The screen is still glitchy and whatnot.
