Mine does that sometimes. Try playing with different settings in the car. Autostick, sport mode, etc. Also try using cruise control. Recent Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep Forum Discussions. limp mode 07 Chrysler 300C p0522 p2068 My 07 Chrysler 300C 5.7 hemi has gone into limp mode I have replaced the oil pump every seneor on it plus the throttle body and its still in limp mode has 2 codes that i cant erase p0522 & p2068 o and replaced the PCM as well any help id be grate...1- Turn ignition on off on off on. 2- Codes will come up on your odometer, you can also use a scanner tool if you have one. 3- You may have a number of different codes, I had p0700, p0731, p0841,p1776. 4- If you have p1776, then the problem is with your solenoid pack.Having issues with my 2013 running hot and almost overheating. Installed new water pump, thermostate, new antifeeze and cooling fan was replaced 6 months ago. I live in Phoenix AZ so temps get HOT. I pureged all the air out of system after new components and car still runs around 212 deg. up to 235 deg this past weekend.

Yes, I plan to do the install of the pedal assy. I got a set of plugs, map sensor and a pedal assembly for $168.00.Today I fitted the swirl motor bypass resistor ( bought 3 for 27p ) and as predicted it cleared the fault code, car not now in limp mode and after a few short journeys the check engine light is now out. When I was leaving work, I pulled the following codes: P1684 - The battery has been disconnected within the last 50 starts. P0700 - Transmission Control System (MIL Request) P1685 - The SKIM (Smart Key Immobilizer Module) has received an invalid key. Obviously, the only code that got my attention was the P0700.I have a brand new plate but wanted to get advice before pulling the pan. So I swapped in a new conductor plate, zero change. I get no speedo and can't shift out of second. After 5min or so I get P0501 but then the speedo starts to work, but then in limp mode and won't go over 20mph. Also as mentioned get weird clicking from the shifter.

You might also check the TCM (Transmission Control Module) It can be reset by taking it out for a while and putting it back in.
