I mean the whole cruz of fallout 4 is land owner ship, you could grow tatos or corn or something and just sell the damn corn. you could process the corn into adhesive and use the adhesive to make mods and sell the mods. I tried the item duplication glitch, managed to get it to work once, but took me like 30 minutes.
